Thank you for your interest in Going Strong Sports Apparel. Our products are individually crafted in an effort to produce the highest quality performance gear available. Please review this complete section to fully understand your delivery Options, lead times, payment options, terms of agreements, revision policy, order process and our return policy.

Ordering Instructions:

	Fill out the order form and fax to 678.288.4136 or call 678.395.7248
	After we confirm all the details of your order we will collect a 50% deposit on all orders.
	Approximately 1 week before your order is complete and ready to ship we will automatically collect the balance in full. If paying by check 10 days prior to completion please send Balance.
	No Orders will be shipped without balances paid in full.
	You will receive your order via UPS/Fedex Ground.
	Fill–in Orders: When a team reorders uniforms, 12+ pricing will be applied and Set Up charges applies.

Turn Around Time

Payment Details
Credit Cards & Checks:
Credit Card Payments are the fast and easiest way to pay. We accept Master Card, Visa & American Express cards only. A 3% processing fee Applies. We accept checks drawn on U.S. bank accounts only. All returned checks will incur a $35 Processing fee Delivery Options and Lead Times Stock items will ship within 2 business days of completion of order.
Custom Items will ship within 30 days of sign-off on final order specs.

Your delivery options are: No third Party Shipping
FEDEX - Next Day - Items are typically delivered 1 business day after completion of production
Second Day - Items are typically delivered 2 business days after completion of production
UPS - Second Day - Items are typically delivered 2 business days after completion of production
Ground - Items are typically delivered within 10 business days after completion of production. Size of order and location of delivery will effect delivery times

RETURN POLICY
All custom made garments or lettered items may not be returned or exchanged. If we made a mistake, we will make it right! But please make certain your choices are exactly what you want before you place your order.
Should you need to return something to us, please call customer service at 800.231.5943 This will speed up the return process.

CHANGING AN ORDER
Our goal is to service all customers as quickly and efficiently as possible. Therefore, please note that once an order is in production, we cannot make changes to the order. Additions will be handled as a separate order with all applicable, surcharges and processed immediately.

CANCELING AN ORDER
Once your order is in production Customers will be charged $75 for each cancellation that Occurs. No Cancellations on custom orders or once items are printed.

IMPORTANT COLOR NOTES
Garment photos and illustrations shown on the website may not exactly match the actual fabric color due to variations and inconsistencies color monitors versus fabric dyes. If you would like to see a sample fabric swatch, please call us. Although sublimation printing is precise, slight color variations sometimes occur.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
TO ENHANCE THE APPEARANCE OF YOUR TEAM AND EXTEND THE LIFE OF YOUR UNIFORM, WE RECOMMEND THE FOLLOWING CLEANING AND STORING PROCEDURES:

	Garments should be washed separately before initial use.
	For best results and maximum wear, uniforms should be laundered immediately after each game.
	Garments that cannot be cleaned promptly after wearing should be hung individually on rust proof hangers or hooks. Perspiration fading may occur if wet garments are left in a pile.
	Do not wash white and colored garments together.
	Wash all garments in cold water. All garments should be rinsed in cold water.
	The water level in the washing machine should be kept high to hold down mechanical action. Only when uniforms are extremely soiled should the water level be lowered to increase mechanical action.
	Avoid overloading the machine as this causes shrinkage and impedes the cleaning process.
	Use an antistatic agent, especially on garments to be tumble dried, to minimize lint attraction and spark discharge.
	Never use a chlorine bleach on any garments as it fades colors and weakens some materials.
	For best results, garments should be hung to drip dry.
	When tumble drying, use the lowest temperature or "air" setting.
	Remove garments promptly from dryer.
	Do not dry clean your uniforms.
	Garments should be completely dry before storing.
	Store uniforms in a cool, dry area protected from sunlight and fluorescent light. This will prevent mildew and yellowing.

Going Strong Sports will not be responsible for shrinkage or defects caused while merchandise is being imprinted by outside sources. We go through great lengths to insure that our colors consistently match. However, due to slight variations in the dying processes, subtle color differences do not constitute defects in materials or workmanship. Manufacturers' sizing varies, so you must use our sizing charts. We cannot be held responsible for your garments if they are not sized properly. If you are between sizes, always round up to the larger size. Styles, colors and sizes are subject to change at anytime and without any notice.
